I really like that it's an easy platform for publishers, as well as advertisers/brands who are looking at ways of delivering ads in different formats (like video). If there is anything i dislike about undertones its their UI - which could use some improvement! The team is very responsive, we're able to build out multiple campaigns in a short time frame without having to wait for approvals or to have any delays in getting feedback from our account managers. We were able to use Undertone's API to power some of our client's creative assets, allowing us to quickly roll them out to clients with little effort.
