Perfect battery replacement for my Uniden cordless phones

The battery life of my Uniden cordless phones has gotten abysmal - less than 6 hours on a single charge. The new batteries have phones with longer range, clearer signal and at least 30 hours of standby time.

Very reasonable price for 3 packs

The batteries in several of my cordless phones have been dead for months while I was hoping I could charge them but ended up wasting time charging properly. I wish I had ordered these new batteries sooner. Now all phones are working properly again and at a very reasonable price for 3 packs.

Less powerful NiCd batteries should not replace advertised NiMH batteries

I would be happy if AA49 (not JustGreatDealz) shipped the item as advertised. Keep in mind that you can get NiCd rechargeable batteries instead of NiMH as advertised. Misleading AA49 advert aside, the difference is important - NiCd batteries have storage issues that NiMHs don't. Also, the BT-1021 or BT-1008 batteries offered by AA49 as replacements are not equivalent: the 1007s are 2 AA batteries, while the 1008 and 1021 are 2 smaller AAA batteries.

Although the misleading description claims they are lithium-ion, they work well.

Our three phones are over 15 years old and their batteries are dead. I wish the company had honest advertising that these batteries are vintage NiCad, but they work. At our age, they'll probably outlive us, and the grandkids will only want them for laughs when they grow up.
