Our three phones are over 15 years old and their batteries are dead. I wish the company had honest advertising that these batteries are vintage NiCad, but they work. At our age, they'll probably outlive us, and the grandkids will only want them for laughs when they grow up. There was a problem inserting the batteries into the compartment as the cables did not fit snugly against the battery's plastic casing. enough, but I put them in. They now charge and last much longer than the old ones and we don't lose our long phone calls to those grandchildren mentioned like we did when the old batteries died from not holding a charge. At $3 per battery it was worth the money.
