🔋 Enhanced Uniden BP-38 Rechargeable Battery Pack for GMRS-380/2 Review

Bought to replace BP-38 in WT but had to bend metal charger in WT for charge to work.

Order received and placed in devices. Charged for the first time. After a small amount of use, a battery showed a low charge and would not accept a charge. The other is loading. Would definitely not recommend.

This battery is not working. The charging tabs were too small and high on the case. I have a BP-38 battery in my phone but they are different. They do not match the charging pins on my radio and will not charge.

picture and battery description says BP38 700mah but was my order fulfilled with BP38 1000mah? As you can see in my picture the original battery has a small connector that plugs into the radio. The replacement supplied has a large area that does not come into contact with metal as it is too wide for the slot. I'm at a loss as I have no idea how to find the right battery for my Uniden Scout GMR5089 radios.

If you are looking for replacement BP38 batteries for your radio make sure you buy from KastarUSA and ship to Revain. Don't be fooled by the lower price others are selling them for. I bought three of these from KastarUSA and they all worked well. Unfortunately I bought it from Iowa Liquidations because it was cheaper, but the battery turned out to be crappy and wouldn't even charge. I don't know about other sellers selling them but I will always buy KastarUSA from now on.
