A New Perspective on Light Bends!

this prism is an excellent tool for teaching refraction in my science classroom. As my tests showed, the students were able to clearly identify the angle of refraction .It is made of durable plastic and is within budget for science education. However, it is not suitable for advanced research in the Industrial and Scientific field. Overall, I highly recommend it for basic science education..

Pros
  • Excellent tool for teaching refraction, durable plastic, within budget for science education.
Cons
  • Not suitable for advanced research in the Industrial and Scientific field.

Excellent Prism for Science Classroom!

Through trial and error, I found that this plastic medium prism is a great tool for teaching optics in the science classroom. It is durable and easy to use, and provides clear and VIVID light refraction .However it can be expensive compared to other similar products on the market. Overall, I highly recommend this prism for any science teacher looking to enhance their optics lessons..

Pros
  • Durable and lightweight due to the use of plastic material.
Cons
  • Prism quality may be inferior compared to glass prisms.

I ordered these for my wife for her high school.

I ordered these for my wife for her high school science class for part of the light and spectra lab. Simply put, the prisms were not up to the task of the lab. They have not refracted/split the light to any measurable extent. We returned the prisms for a refund.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • No Instructions
