I've tried other recycling bins but it has been a challenge to get to know others and visitors to my home and get involved. I'm glad I bought the recognizable blue trash can for the home. It might not suit everyone's "decoration" aesthetic, but it makes it clear that I'm also committed to recycling at home. Luckily, recycling is recycled at a fair number of workplaces. I purchased this item as a kitchen waste bin for a cupboard drawer that I have. This 28 liter litter bin does not taper much towards the bottom and dimensions are only available at the top of the bin for sizing purposes. It didn't fit at all in my drawer kitchen cabinet which has a bottom insert (becoming more standard than a top hanger). The cost of returning the item was $56 due to the size of the box. When it comes to recycling, my family struggles. We never wanted to walk down the stairs, open the porch door, and end up throwing a can or bottle in a roadside trash can. So far I am satisfied. This is the type of trash can you will find in most offices.
