Took me about 2-3 hours to install on my 2019 Yamaha xt250. I have very long nails so I was able to slip my nail between the slots and put them on the pins that way. They are thicker and denser than I expected and I'm happy about that! They are cheap and have made my bike so much better! That's exactly what I wanted. I only have 1 left so if you do need to trim them make sure you don't mess up too much because I used every last one and I only had 1 spare in case there were any problems.

I had no problems with the installation other than breaking my back installing it on a cold garage floor at 10 degrees. You can install them with frozen fingers! I definitely have installation technique, but I was able to cut the caps to length and installed them on my CRF150RB and CRF450R rear wheel in about two hours, including the time to calculate out the best way installation.
