Took me about 2-3 hours to install on my 2019 Yamaha xt250. I have very long nails so I was able to slip my nail between the slots and put them on the pins that way. They are thicker and denser than I expected and I'm happy about that! They are cheap and have made my bike so much better! That's exactly what I wanted. I only have 1 left so if you do need to trim them make sure you don't mess up too much because I used every last one and I only had 1 spare in case there were any problems.
