Using this product, our team found that it significantly reduced the sound volume of our motorcycle, but unfortunately also negatively affected the overall power and performance. This was disappointing as we were looking for a way to reduce noise without sacrificing performance.

I bled my cbr650 directly and the noise was too loud. It sat at 90dB at idle and only got louder when I hit the gas pedal. I took a size #4 and pocketed it. The bike still sounds great at idle but doesn’t get terribly loud under gas. Ideal.

Bought this DB killer in my ongoing saga to help kill Akrapovic exhaust noise on my BMW G310GS. This is a heavy solid piece of steel with a honeycomb pattern throughout the chamber. The outlet is slightly smaller than the inlet 20 inches. I'm hoping that this muffler will smooth out the exhaust flow and the smaller outlet will reduce the velocity of the gases exiting the muffler.
