This is the third remote that has died on me with this product and it has lasted long enough to cover the return time. It is very frustrating that this item is a piece of junk.

Ready to use with a 39 inch Visio D series TV. Looks better than the one that came with the TV 5 years ago. The button has a nice texture, similar to the thumb material of an analog stick. Best of all, the description was accurate in terms of remote control compatibility.

As soon as we received it everything worked. After a week or so, none of the buttons controlled the TV, not even the power button. I thought I had bad batteries, changed them and everything worked. After 2 days it stopped working again. I've tried a few times, changed batteries etc but it just doesn't work. Looking for a replacement!

Children kept dropping our native remote control, which is why a few buttons didn't work. The buttons of the new remote control make a slight noise when pressed, and this is the only difference between this remote control and the standard remote control. Works as described and looks identical. There is no entitlement to the price paid!

It has to be I would have been nice as an add-on given the limited access to the TV buttons as you would be limited as there is no menu button on the TV itself.

I am obsessed with this remote control. My Visio Smart TV is so old that I somehow lost the remote control. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a generic/substitute. As soon as I put the batteries in. BAM. It worked. No programming, no hassle. Netflix, Prime - everything worked perfectly the first time. I will update if there are any problems. It's also slimmer and smaller than I imagined, but perfect.

Remote control received on April 8, 2021. Put batteries in and worked without any further action, but after a day or two it stopped working! Batteries replaced, used Revain batteries so thought they might be bad. A day or two later the batteries are empty again, replaced with new batteries. A day or two later dead batteries AGAIN!
