Buyers are best off buying complete tripods

The product and the seller are misleading buyers with information! According to the description, a 1/4"-20 bolt and a 3/8" sleeve was expected. The description is wrong! The product comes with a 3/8" bolt, not a 1/4" bolt. Beware of products with false advertising or description.

The description is wrong, it comes with a 3/8 inch pin, not a 1/4 inch pin.

Almost 5 stars. on camera and photo

I received a defective set. The cutout in one of the three legs is lower than the others, so when it's fully pushed down it's out of order. This problem can be circumvented by moving the ball joint, but then I lose the stability of the full ball joint lock. I bought this model specifically because I can lock the ball joint for total stability, but that idea is now ruined. Without this small blemish I would have given 5 stars because it is a solid and stable part. Excellent build quality except…

No es lo que muestran en la imagen. That's a lie.

Decepcionado. In the image muestran un tornillo de 1/4", with adaptador incluído de 3/8". Vino la rótula con un tornillo solido de 3/8", y me it is impossible to connect my monopod. PERO NO LO VENDAN COMO SOPORTE UNIVERSAL.

Great workmanship, bad design

I bought this monopod to save some money compared to Sirui's custom order. It's very well built and looks like it'll do the job, but after using it today to shoot wildlife I realized it has a glaring design flaw. It relies on a single screw to connect it to the monopod. This creates a weak connection point and limits pivoting capabilities. A swing to the left loosens or loosens the base, and a swing to the right tightens the screw, even with the ball head on top.
