I have purchased this item in the past for my work. Works well if you're looking for a cheap one. I work in a dentist's office and we print quite a bit. I will say that these toners only last about 2 weeks if you use them frequently. Not the best tonic I've bought, but not the worst either. Good product for the price. I would buy again!

I really wanted to like these cartridges. They were reasonably priced for 2 packs but if one of the cartridges DOES NOT HAVE A CHIP the printer had to recognize it. Replacement will void all savings. Unfortunately, the one missing the chip was the second one in the box, so I didn't find out until after the 30 day return window. I've tried many non-OEM toners over the years and none of them produced print quality anywhere near that of genuine HP toners. Until now. When I bought Uniwork toner for my Laserjet m203dw I expected another disappointment. But to my surprise, the printouts were consistently good and indistinguishable from the originals. It remains to be seen if it will deliver the claimed performance. And even if you don't, the price difference alone can be worth it. I will buy more of these.

Very disappointed in the fact that it stains bond paper and labels. The main reason I bought a printer that uses this ink toner is to print on envelopes, labels and stamps (which use labels) and specialty paper. It rubs off labels and stationery and smudges when printing labels. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to use it for any of these reasons.

UPDATE: Contacted customer service and new package sent. The first toner is working correctly. I just installed it about an hour ago today and after less than 10 pages I'm already getting a toner warning. Maybe this is a bad communication chip, let's see how many pages I can get and update again.
