My truck vent is broken

I have a very nice 2017 Ford Lariat. Attached the bracket to one of the climate baffles. After half a day, he broke the ventilator plane to which he was attached. I am angry!

Not for round air vents

I have a Mercedes with smaller round air vents. This doesn't work very well, it either points the vent up or down so it can be used, or it makes it so I can't move it left to right. Probably best for square or rectangular vents.

A good product. Only very limited ventilation flexibility

Very different from other ventilation holders. They only fit in wider air vents and still wobble. The vent remains closed after installation. I thought it would be similar to what I already have but no. My old one, bought online through a third party a year ago, was amazing. Won't hang around and vent won't snap in one spot.

Nice phone holder - if you don't use an extension.

Generally a good phone holder, but there is a downside. When using an extension cord, it is not strong enough so it will jump when driving the car. This can be a problem as the phone looks like it's about to fall over. It looks like the plastic extension flexes too much causing it to "wiggle" while driving the car. Maybe if it was stiffer - made of metal? - He won't have this problem anymore.

I had a decent car phone air vent on eBay. Due to the way it was made, I had to place it on the passenger air vent so I could see the screen while making an Uber delivery or using GPS.
