I should have read the reviews more carefully. This damn thing doesn't move on its own in the wind. It looks like you have to attach it to a spinner that spins to make it spin. POOH. I wish the seller would clarify this. I bought two and plan to keep them for myself. However, I have a hard time finding small wind lures that I like. Uh-huh, uh-huh.

They are very pretty. I've hung them on the bottom of some other windmills but they were too heavy and the other spinners couldn't spin. I've tried hanging them alone but they won't spin. Although they are very well made, it should be noted that they will not turn in the wind unless you have something to turn them, like a tiny motor.

I liked it so much I ordered another one as a gift! APPENDIX. It could be a mistake for a gift. mine never spun unless I hand spun it! These things are even more mesmerizing than 3D turntables. Pair them together and both will work together. It will NOT work without something to spin it, be it a battery powered spinner or a 3D windmill. Most good spinners have a tiny hole in the bottom flange where you can hang another spinner or a stabilizing ornament.
