PURE orange, even after selecting the "Yellow " option. Looks terrible.

Photographing lightbulbs is always difficult, but if you look at this photo you'll see that the one on the left looks a lot more like a bright orange neon sign than the one on Correct. The bright orange on the left is the "yellow" new version of this bulb. It's terrible. Aside from the color, the "animation" of the flame is really bad. Looks like they removed a few LEDs and made the flame more pixelated. I bought these to replace the flame lamps I had over two years ago and they were a lot…

Cool behind frosted glass, not by itself

I bought these to install carriage lights upside down in my house. They look pretty cool behind frosted glass. They do NOT look like the actual flames pictured in the ad! By themselves they look a lot more pixelated so you need to place them behind frosted or bubble glass to make them look real. Many people have also asked how to change modes from steady on, slow decay (breathing) or normal flame and how to use them in a system with a timer or daylight sensor where the light turns on and off…

Very characteristic appearance. Adds more attractiveness!

I recently upgraded the outdoor lighting in my home and wanted the light to look like gas but without the exorbitant expense. Effect of flickering fire from gas lamps. After researching several brands, I chose these bulbs because they have 108 LEDs (that's more than I've seen in flame bulbs), offer 4 different modes (other brands offer less), have a lifespan of 100,000 hours ( much more than other brands) and the price was extremely affordable.
