The hand shower sprays water out of connetion.

connection. The shower head is fine but the hand sprayer has water shooting right out of the connection piece. There are 3 washer rings inside around the screw piece that goes into the wall.

Either or - Got to pick one

So first off I did not attempt to install this myself. I have an awesome plumber and called him to do it. He said it was the first time installed one like this . He did a good job. Used my existing holes to install handle and sprayer. Added a higher hole for the rainfall shower head.The quality is decent for the price . The handle plate a little flimsy but could be the install.You have to pick rain fall or sprayer. You can’t run them at the same time .The temperature control is much better than

Looks nice but a monster big to install and cover when upgrading existing shower.

Looks nice and packaged well, found the mixer box is Huge though and will require a Much Bigger hole in shower than expected. I will have to find a stainless plate to put hole in to mount mixer cover in and cover needed installation hole in shower. I will give fuller review once I get it installed and get my Wife's official statements ow it works.

Very short threads. Had to find replacement parts

Beautiful set. Does require precise measurements. I had this installed by a professional. Tub spout went in perfectly. Shower spout not at all. It is not all one piece with threads included like the tub spout there was a connector icee to the shower arm and the water supply in the wall. There was not enough threads to support the shower head being screwed into the wall. Fell down down multiple times. We were able to go to our local hardware store and find pieces that matched that had more…

Quality isn’t great. Black is already chipping off on hand held

The water pressure is fine. The black on the hand held is already chipping off. It’s starting to look tacky. Unfortunately, I have to end up replacing it and it’s only been 8 months.

water hammer in my review

when installed this , right away i started hearing metal like sound knocking inside walls(water hammering) after using anything with a faucet in the house (even washing machine) , after spending some time looking for a cause of it i decided to take a look at cartridge and immediately found why and what was causing that annoying sound.The only negative about this is that i had to modify it prior to get it working properly for me. Otherwise good product for the money and good quality.

Defective product with paint flaking off in only 3 month use.

I liked the look of this shower system and it looked great when installed but now after only 3 months of use paint is flaking off the handle and holder for the shower wand. This is totally unacceptable and Walmart is saying that I have to pay to have it returned and get a replacement. That is not counting the cost to have a plumber take out the defective item and then install a new one. I absolutely would not recommend this item on quality at all.
