Poor screen quality

Poor quality camera. The screen is not sharp, poor contrast. There is no customization. I think you get what you pay for. This is the first Android tablet I've ever owned. Always an apple.

Replaced by previous 2G

My wife liked her 2G version but the battery died after 13 months. I decided to upgrade to the 3G version and hoped for the best.

Wish it worked better

Unfortunately the keyboard with letters on the right side stopped working after the first week. UNLESS you flip it. Then "a" doesn't work. It turns a lot.

Mom says the sound quality of this tablet is bad!

Bought for my mother. In general it works fine but the sound is weak. But it doesn't work clearly. The noise sounds like someone calling a radio station with that distant, slightly static sound. That annoyed my mother very much. Before that, she had a cheaper, smaller tablet, and the audio from it is boomy and clear. So it's strange that the tablet that's supposed to replace this one has such poor sound quality. My mom was so annoyed with the AM radio sound from this tablet that she went back…

Not compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi

I didn't read that this is an old tablet model. Only works on 2.5GHz Wi-Fi. This results in slower response and speed. I returned it and received a newer model that can use 5GHz WiFi.

Months later it's still holding up well.

Bought for my 6 year old who is not that sensitive with tablets. He just wanted a bigger screen. No questions. His galaxy was moody and less responsive to touch. It seems fine. He even makes little "YouTube videos" with it. The quality of the camera isn't the best, but it's great for everyday use. Amazing for the money.
