Finally Another Flat Desktop Charger

One of my favorite wireless chargers is the old Yootech Flat Desktop Charger. I use it daily at work as it's very easy to put my phone away and pick it up when I get up to go somewhere else. Parking fees can also play a role, but I don't have to look at the screen. every 5 seconds I need a quick charge. This drive is sleek, stylish, looks great on any desk, and performs well. Good packaging, easy to use and fast charging. Not only does it charge my phone, it also charges my wireless headphones.

Good news! for accessories

I bought this charger for my husband and he liked a few things which are upgrades from previous versions we have. What has stayed the same is that this is a great charger that works with both Apple and Android phones. The updates my husband noticed are: 1) The charger is almost non-lit, making it perfect for late-night use. 2) The phone's loading surface is large and flat. 3) The charging surface has a light texture that prevents the phone from sliding on the charger. We've loved every Yootechโ€ฆ

Excessive battery drain when using

Bought and didn't use much at first then finally moved the bedside table to use it. At night using this charging pad, the next day I went to work or ran errands and my iPhone XR charged from 100% to a dead battery in 2-3 hours. After 8-9 days I stopped using it. Luckily I've been using the original Apple iPhone charger for the last 3 days and luckily it held a normal charge all day! It would be No Joy if he crashed my new XR. Very disappointed, I missed the return window with Revain for aโ€ฆ

Inexpensive charger.

I used to buy chargers from this company and always found them to be excellent value for money. I needed a new charger by my bed that was easy to use. This one is perfect. My phone sits on it and I don't have to remove the case like I usually do with other wireless chargers. It's small enough not to take up much space and there are no lightbulbs to disturb your sleep! My AirPods also fit snugly for charging when needed. Apparently androids use different powers or something!

Really reliable and cheap fast wireless charger

So we have a problem with chargers mysteriously disappearing in our house (๐Ÿ˜‘). I bought a fast charger from this company a while back and it worked really well so I went with this one. The only problem I had with the standing version was that it got a bit warm, not very hot but just noticeable. They seem to have solved this problem with this updated charger. There are holes for heat to escape which is a great feature. Also, I decided to check the speed at which the charger works and it wasโ€ฆ

Works but slow and unreliable

Slow loading. Nowhere is as fast as Lightning Cable. Also find it unpredictable: sometimes I'll pick up my phone and eventually it will turn off and stop charging (although it was "plugged in" when I put it down). The frustration of picking up an uncharged phone has led me to resort to a Lightning cable most of the time just to be on the safe side. Since the original purpose of purchasing this item was to free up my space and get rid of the dangling cord, you must rate this as a failure. Aโ€ฆ

Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's charging, the indicator light is in a bad place under the phone

I usually place my device across the mat (parallel to the wall to save space). I don't see the tiny green dot of light come on when this happens and when my phone is charging from 0% it takes a while for the green light to register. Because of this, several times my phone wouldn't charge after a day on the pillow. I recommend spending a few bucks more and getting a charger that gives you a better view (the light) when the device is properly placed on the pillow (and when it's fully charged). Iโ€ฆ
