First of all, these fans are very quiet and push a lot of air. They have both a Molex and a 3-pin power connector. So if you've already used up all the 3-pin fan connectors, you can still use Molex to turn on the fans. The backlight is a nice bonus. UPDATED: After 10 months, 2 of my fans have become a problem. They are very noisy - the fan/fan motor sounds like it's vibrating too much and rattling a bit. You are no longer calm. I snap them in the middle with my finger and eventually they go away, but the sound comes back. I disabled one of the fans and may need to disable the second. I am building a computer for my daughter and she wants RGB LED fans. I ordered these 3 which fit perfectly in the case. The fans are very well made, they come with rubber washers on either side of the screw holes which is nice. They also have both 4-pin and 3-pin power connectors.
