I like how easy it is for my customers/clients who are not computer savvy or do technical work daily with their computers as we all know what they need done when things go wrong! I like, for one, they are very organized and have great people. They have always been very good at what they do and you always know where you stand with them and it is not a "you scratch my back" thing. There are no issues really, but sometimes their sales team can be pushy and I think they should maybe tone down the pitch just a bit. Their customer service is outstanding! I have never had an issue with any of my calls or emails for support resolved quickly by their team members who are always friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of our systems. They also do great work when it comes time for implementation - they understand how we operate as well as what works best for us so there's no guesswork involved at that stage which makes things go much smoother. We've been using this product since 2015 but only just now got
