My 3 year old daughter loves this bedding set on her new 'big girl' bed! It's soft and the pictures are adorable, especially for kids who love purple and unicorns. It comes with a medium quality duvet, two matching mock pillowcases, and two adorable accent pillows (one is embroidered with an image of a unicorn found on the sheets and the other is a plain white pillow). Of course, that's not 800 threads, first-class quality, and I didn't expect that either. I have no complaints. I would give 4/5

I don't like to confuse customer service with product quality. Customer service was fine. The product was delivered quickly. However, the product itself is lacking and that was a disappointment. The outer fabric is 100% cotton of very low quality, creases when washed. I myself don't like cheap crumpled jeans, although some people don't mind.
