An intuitive tool for managing projects and teams

It's easy to use, it has many useful features (including some that are not available in other PM tools). You can set up your own templates; this makes things really convenient since you don't need to rely on their library of predefined ones - I have made quite a few customizations myself. There is also no limit as far as number of people who will be able to access information stored with my account/organization within one workspace or folder structure. The interface could look more modernized…

  • Using cloud services allows for increased convenience.
  • Many options &/or additional settings when setting them separately per document type specific rules.
  • Customizable views depending upon personal data protection regulations / country laws
  • Easy implementation across devices(desktop computers)
  • Abilityto save files online without having Internet connection

Great tool and very intuitive interface

I like that you can track everything from task to customer support requests in one place, allowing us full visibility across all of our projects at once! Also super easy reporting options are available without needing any coding knowledge or skillz - perfect when working with multiple clients/agencies etc who each have their own IT department which makes it hard sometimes keeping tabs on individual tasks if only using Excel spreadsheets as we do now (and not having access via Team Viewer).…

  • Easy user interface means non technical people will find themselves upskilling quickly enough before being able help others learn what needs doing next..this allows them an opportunity build trust among colleagues while helping business grow organically over time !!! Best Office Management Software out right now

The best thing about this software, it's that you can create your own templates to save time when creating new documents! I have been using urban turtle as my personal office document manager since 2013 but only recently did they release their mobile app which allows me access from anywhere at anytime with ease of use!! There really isn't anything i dislike so far other than maybe some minor UI issues here or there (which are easy fixes). If anyone needs any help in organizing all aspects…
