I absolutely love this face balm. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, it's great to find something that I can use daily that doesn't overly moisturize or add extra oil. Glides beautifully on my skin and absorbs very quickly without leaving my face greasy or shiny. The rosemary and lavender scent also dissipates fairly quickly. At first it's just a scent that revitalizes and then fades away so it's not overpowering or disturbing. I tend to have oily skin due to the humid summers in the area where I live and it works well with my skin, keeping it hydrated and balanced without weighing it down.

I recently subscribed to a men's BirchBox which included this trial size product and found it incredibly refreshing on my face, lasted all day and did not disappear. Doesn't dry out compared to many moisturizers I've tried before. A large bottle is a little more than I personally want to spend, but when the product is this good, revitalizing and the solution to my fluid problems, it's worth it.

I'm from Singapore so it's perfect for our weather - hot, humid and sweaty. The texture is light and delicate, so it is quickly absorbed into the skin. They have a clean, matte feel. But I would say it doesn't hydrate your skin very deeply because you're going to have an oily skin surface at the end of the day. I have relatively oily skin and have tried several moisturizers before settling on this one. It's light and has a nice citrus/clean scent. I wouldn't say it mattifies, but it doesn't add any oil.
