Headlights look good and fit I've seen what the problem is, they glue the front to the back of the lens and have a front to back gap so only apply pressure to the front when tightening the screw. You should not have a quality control system. The factory just makes them and sends them to the customer, it doesn't matter if they're worth buying or not, just make some money.

Bought these to replace the factory headlights on my 97 c1500. Perfect for an aftermarket grill with no issues. They come with new gaskets that fit between the light and the fixture to prevent water ingress. They're composite, not glass, so I think they'll need to be cleaned and eventually replaced again later in the future. It takes just as much time and effort and approaches the new. I already had headlights and LED taillights and other aftermarket accessories. I use them on a 91 C1500 that I have owned for 23 years. I still love this truck and I won't get rid of it anytime soon. Anyway these are nice looking lenses and yes they don't have a chrome frame but then again my other aftermarket lenses don't remember the originals.
