Although the description correctly lists a 5/8"-11 thread pitch, every 5/8" angle grinder and bench grinder I've ever used has the same shaft threads. THIS PRODUCT HAS DIFFERENT THREADS - no doubt useful for other customers. But before you order, check your carving! The standard 5/8" grinder thread has a pitch of 13, not 11.
