Hard to find 12 inch cables, they do!

The cables look nice but I've only had them a few days so I can't comment on how long they will hold up in the long run. The only thing I wish for in "my personal" application is more flexibility. These cables are quite stiff and I use them to connect my phone to the Android Auto jack in the new 21 Ridgeline's console. Big phone (Galaxy S21 Ultra) in a small space on the console.

Good and durable car charger USB cable length

USB cables don't last forever and since I'm currently working on a car trip I plug and unplug my phone from the car over 20 times a day to use android car for travel to various places, my former 30cm USB charging cable wore out after a few weeks of use. Why has Android Auto lost contact with my phone for two days? Hopefully it's a cable and not my machine's USB input. Success! I don't know how long they will last but I bought three and have a spare in the car just in case.

The USB-C end was a bit shorter than our 'regular' cables

I don't know how to put it but when my wife tried this cable on her Samsung S8+ to use, the USB-C cable stopped working. didn't connect cleanly - it kept dropping the charging aspect. When I connected it to my S8+ it connected cleanly. I compared the ends of the USB-C to other cables we have and they are slightly shorter. I tried all three cables on their phone with the same result. I'm leaving them because they seem to work on all of our other USB-C devices.

These extensions work great in both my cars with my Moto G7 and Samsung 9 so it's awesome. However, there is one element that makes the cords excellent. The problem is that the cables are not very flexible. Considering you are using a 1ft cable it would be nice if it had less resistance to bending so the phone could more easily rest on the center console in the car. My rating is therefore 4 stars. also a good option.
