Works perfectly! for HDMI cable

Used in my truck to add a USB and HDMI port. I removed the cigarette lighter plug and it fitted snugly into the existing hole. The cables were long enough to reach the back of the stereo deck. The USB cable worked well and supported my Apple CarPlay. The HDMI cable works great! Very happy

High quality product

I bought this for a project and ended up not using it but I can attest that it is a very reliable product. In fact, it's too strong: if you're working in tight spaces, you might have trouble routing those thick cables. Also remember that you must screw the jam nut all the way onto the cables. Don't do anything out of order.

Wrong item: HDMI cable

I received the item on time, I just didn't get what I bought. I bought USB/HDMI in a jack and only got HDMI. I didn't realize it until I went to the install yesterday and since I didn't get to it right away the return date has already passed. Now I only have one HDMI output for my machine, which is completely useless to me.

Great for any panel mount application!

Great product, durable cable, plug and USB Adapter. I especially appreciate the long mounting shaft (over an inch) and the extra mounting hardware that is included. I have used this product in several custom computer projects (not the car dashboard). A very quick response to a shipping confusion (nothing under their control) pointed me in the right direction to get my Revain account. Credited.

Great for installing Android Auto/Apple Carplay Radio

This worked SUPER on my Alpine head unit. I needed a USB port for Android's auto function and didn't want the USB plug just dangling off my dash, so I got one and it fitted almost perfectly into my 2001 Suburban's cigarette lighter port. I ended up having to rest the plastic tab in the dash hole that held the original lighter. Took 2 seconds with the file and it popped out and was a nice snug fit so no nut was needed on the back. Now I have a USB port and an HDMI port if I want to play…
