This is my second heated vest (from a different seller). The same thing happens with this one that happened with my first: The power connection shorts out, and in some cases doesn't work. Annoying.

Bought for my girlfriend, she wears this thing daily and loves it.When you purchase a battery make sure it’s a good size one. I have a 24,000 mAh battery pack and it will keep the vest powered for approximately 8-9 hours. My 10,000 mAh battery only lasts a couple of hours.

It fits true to size. Comfortable to wear and very easy to operate and care for. I work outside in the winter and it keeps me warm.

The vest stopped working after the first month and when I contacted the company they were very nice and sent a new one which also stopped working after ten days. Too bad. When it worked it was good but there is a defect at least in the two I encountered. I did buy one as a gift before the last problem. Maybe it was just bad luck

Worked well for the first several days uses. Stopped working after about 10 times using while hunting. Never washed it so wasn’t related to water. Just stopped working.

Bought this vest for my husband it is true to size. But does not come with the battery oh, you need to order the battery separate

I bought 4 heated vests for my family and this was one of them. After a month the light would start blinking and you had to unplug the battery to reset it. I returned it for a second one which died a month later when I would plug it in and it would flash the three colors and then die. My other three brands are still going strong but out of respectI won’t list brand names.

I drive a school bus when it's COLD outside. And the inside of the bus is like a metal freezer. This vest is so warm and cozy that it's the go-to garment when the temp dips. It makes a real big difference keeping my whole torso warm. It was a great Christmas gift!

My 75 year old dad is a door greater at a major retail chain, with winter on its way this was the perfect gift for his birthday, my husband tried it on and I had to order a second one. I highly recommend this vest

Getting older and feeling the cold more than I care to admit. Got one of these hoping to help keep the upper body warm while walking behind a snowblower. Arrived quickly and was packaged nice enough. Plugged the included battery in right away to prepare for upcoming cold weather. Well said cold weather arrived a few days later; plugged the battery in.and it's dead. I ordered one of these as a Christmas gift. Exactly as advertised and worked good. After a couple months of usage it suddenly quit working. I contacted the vendor who said he would send me a replacement at no cost. I'm thinking yep, I'll never hear from him again. Well today that replacement vest showed up! Good way to take care of your customers!

Besides being to small, the zipper is on the wrong side and the usb connector cord has a short in it and does work anymore.I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and definitely wouldn’t buy it again!

So hot this for my boyfriend who works construction and is in the elements daily. Love the vest and heat placements, but the electrical connection is flimsy. After 3 weeks of wearing it, the connection to the battery snapped something inside and wasn’t working. We got a new one and changed how the battery sits and again after another month it’s not working again. The cables need to be upgraded to something sturdier.

I gave this product 2 stars because this company has horrible shipping time. It took me forever to get this and 2 orders to get it right. Size up. Runs small. Also do not be misled. YOU NEED YOUR OWN BATTERY PACK FOR THIS VEST. So that is another 30$ investment. My man works outside on heavy equipment so we are dealing with it. But this could be well improved

The vest feel good. Never got to try it with the heat because they didn't send the power pack with it. So I returned it. That's my review.

Kind of disappointed about it cause I only had it for half the winter season last year. Put it away in march with it working normal, but when I pulled it out it wont stay on.Any slight movement will cause the light to flash and it wont stay on to even begin warming up.I know it's well over the return policies or anything like that so that means I bought this and only wore it for a few month. Was hoping itd be longer than that.50+bucks down the drain :(

First vest died after a few weeks. The company was excellent at sending a new one to replace it. The replacement just died after a few weeks. Basically, the vest light blinks all three colors and then nothing. A few seconds later, it blinks all three colors again, and then, again, nothing. It used to start heating after the 3 blinks. Wore for two weeks recieved one with left handed zipper,works ok, luckily I already had a battery. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE USB PLUG AND WIRE. MINE No longer works as the wire may be broken inside the insulation next to the usb plug extension. I ll see if they replace it.
