As with any product, it’s rating is directly related to how you use it. And if you need a light for a very specific purpose (I.e. only on a bike) this isn’t the best light. That said it is extremely versatile, and that really increases its use. The light is plenty bright, at night you will be seen far into the distance, and the different modes including a few different flashing modes make it hard not to be seen. I use these on myself and on both of my dogs while walking in the dark. I have had multiple people, both walkers and drivers, compliment me on the visibility of them. I walk in my neighborhood at 4 in the morning. These lights are very good to alert cars nearby of my presence. Long lasting on 1 charge with included micro USB cord and a good supply on included velcro straps. Very reliable.

Update #2: After some switch issues on two lights and a lower review, Amy with Keywell contacted me to send replacement units with improved switches. I bought these lights to attach to my dogs harness to make them more visible. The lights are extremely bright and I love the different lighting and flashing modes. I walk each of my dogs for about 40 minutes and have been on probably 8 walks so far and have not yet had to charge the lights up. They appear to last a very long time. I use these during my early morning runs. They make me more visible to oncoming traffic as well as make the road more visible to me. I use them 4 days a week. I have only had to charge them once. The accessories provide a variety of options for how to wear them.

I bought two in green. They work perfect when I walk my dog in the dark. I clip them onto my coattail in the back. I use the one second flash mode. I should have bought them years ago. I have a reflective belt but now I know that having both flashing light and reflection are way better. They work for about 5 hrs on flashing. They charge on my laptop in about two hours. Buy two. These go well on our back packs as an extra light when we bike. They work well, haven't had them long enough to comment on longevity.

Easy to use, easy to recharge, and easy to see. I wear it like an epaulette so that it's more or less at eye level for motorists. However, as it's designed primarily for use facing either front or back, it would be better for my use if it had a higher dome so that it worked equally as well for both front and back. Otherwise, it would have 5 stars.And, at two for one price, I'm not paranoid about losing one or having one discharged, as there is a backup.

I needed a clip on light that I could wear for walks on dark mornings/evenings, and for my bike. The light has multiple modes (constant/flashing) and brightness settings, and is very bright. I've only had it a month so cannot comment on durability. USB charging is a great feature, as it saves on batteries and their waste.
