I am assuming that anyone saying this item is too flat has not followed the very specific instructions in bold on the front of the bag which says that it is flat for transport . They are compressed air. As you can see along the seam in the photo, it's VERY fluffy after a few minutes in the dryer.

I recently bought and redid pillows due to severe pain in my neck and shoulders. This is the third time I've tried the new pillows and I think it will be the last. The pillow is small enough for me not to bend my neck forward and big enough to support my neck. It's way better than all my previous pillows.
