Not flat at all: decor
I am assuming that anyone saying this item is too flat has not followed the very specific instructions in bold on the front of the bag which says that it is flat for transport . They are compressed air. As you can see along the seam in the photo, it's VERY fluffy after a few minutes in the dryer.
