Mounting options and other conveniences for this grip make it an excellent value. I would use it on my a7siii and even FS7 if it had a record button. The ability to mount magic arms, splints and other stuff makes this a great purchase compared to established brands like Smallrig or even Kondor Blue.

This handle has been very useful for my UURig and Smallrig cages (half the price of the Smallrig handle). This grip allows me to hold the camera securely and it's easy to carry around. This top grip is great - I love how durable it feels compared to the traditional cold shoe versions I currently have. Everything was going fine until I noticed that the pin holes only go in one direction (parallel to the handle direction). Good designs have 4 pin holes (meaning the mounts can be perpendicular or parallel) but this one only has 2 pins! This makes it difficult or impossible to find an external monitor mount with locking pins. Pooh! I love this top grip. I bought the throw as a cheap pen until I found the one I wanted but after using it I stopped looking. I use it on my little Blackmagic Pocket 6k rig and the mount is really well made. It has four cold shoes, 2 vertical and 2 horizontal, which is a game changer for my monitor placement. It has an Arri mount and several other screw mounts for everything you need to connect. I have used a tilt handle before and wasn't a big fan. After using this new top handle I plan to sell
