These aren't the most pleasant things to do during the day, but when the lights go out they're beautiful. When I know a storm is coming, I put them under all the lamps to "charge" them. I recently bought some UVPaqlite products and had time to test them. Of the 4 items I've purchased, this one is my favorite. With enough exposure to light, it will glow strongly for 15 minutes. It fades a bit after about 20 minutes but is still bright enough to read with attuned eyes even in total darkness.
