Disappointing Casters for Material Handling

When I tried this product, I was thoroughly let down. The swivel function of these casters was stiff and difficult to maneuver, making it a frustrating experience when trying to move heavy loads. The only positive aspect was the reasonable price, but even that couldn't save the poor performance. As someone in the Industrial and Scientific field, I require high-quality materials and these definitely failed to meet those standards.

The plastic in the wheel does not hold its shape

The plastic is so weak it flattens the wheels. The attachment is a lightweight moveable table weighing about 100-120 pounds.

These casters do not include all the necessary parts for installation

I was hoping to use these casters to attach to a chair base. However, they didn't include the T-slot you need to install them into furniture, making them useless. Very frustrating. I specially ordered them so I wouldn't have to go to the hardware store and now I just have to figure out how to install them!
