Backup battery not working

Availability During a recent power outage, I noticed that this device was not working as advertised. As some other reviewers have pointed out, the battery shows 100% but does not provide backup power. It's too late to go back now so I'll see what the company is doing and maybe update my review.

More equipment failures than I've ever had Actual power failures

This is the biggest crap I've ever encountered. The software is horrible and the device itself shuts down at least once a week, causing me to lose countless hours of work. When I lost power once, the device would not turn on. DO NOT BUY!

Expensive bricks are the best Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

Garbage. Nothing but error E01 when there is no power in the outlet. I can't even connect my cell phone. Contacted customer service and am waiting for a response. Update: Customer service said they don't accept returns and can't help me. It's nothing more than a plastic box with a dead battery inside. Do not buy!

Do not buy, junk is good for computers and accessories

Bought this crap in March 2018. I use it for desktop backup and video surveillance system. It turns itself off with every power surge. I have to press the power button to turn it back on. Does not go into standby mode. There is no blackout, just surges and it turns off.

It's either defective or I'm doing something wrong.

I think mine is defective. Doesn't go on battery power. Doesn't go on battery power. I'm very familiar with UPS as I work in IT but I don't see a way to access the battery to connect. It is sealed on all sides except the back where the backup and surge inputs are located. Normally every UPS is shipped with the battery disconnected for safety reasons. I can't find any control panel or access to the battery. Unless V7 Guru advises otherwise, I am willing to return it for a refund. Purchased on…

So far, so good! in Computers and Accessories

I lost my 1500VA CyberPower UPS when my house was flooded during Hurricane Harvey in Houston. To replace it I decided to try V7. So far, so good. I haven't had any real power outages to see this, but once I unplugged it from the wall it seems to be getting along fine with my computer and a working 3D printer. he only talks with the computer for 65 minutes. With a computer and a 3D printer (heating up the building board and the extruder), 20 minutes are specified. Very similar to what I've seen…
