I looked at GOD hand cutters at first but the prices put me off. for less than 25%, that's great. Cuts through plastic molds like butter, leaving almost no marks.
I have several wire cutters, many are much more expensive - there are none better than these. They are sharp and very strong, go through 12 ga wire like butter and are also capable of fine detail. Excellent value for money and quality.
This is fantastic for the price. They can't compete with my plastic side cutters, but they are GREAT for metal. The cuts are clean and straight, making them great for both deburring and sprue removal.
Product packaging is excellent and exceeded my expectations. This is a company that is very respectful of its customers. another nice little storage bag. I bought a similar tool from Japan and it cost 4 times more than this tool and there was nothing like it. My regards to the company that made this product and to the marketing geniuses. behind. Well done guys.
I would stay away from that. I noticed that the blade was a different color than the piece of steel. I looked closely to see that it was already corroded and tarnished. there are stains/rust on the protective cover. already sent it back. I will never buy this brand again. .Better pay extra and get a decent product than skimp on alternatives.
I bought these to separate thin metal dies. Although the tips are small enough to fit between dies, the tips will not cut through thin metal. The cutting pliers must be inserted up to the base of the pliers (necks?) in order to be able to cut craft punches effectively. There seems to be NO wire cutters cutting at the tip of the wire cutters. They were sent back because they didn't work the way I wanted them to. They can work if you just cut the widest part of the wire cutters. The packaging is…
I ordered these pliers thinking they might be a little better than the ones I currently use, pliers from a local craft store. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the cuts are when using it. I use them for plastic and plastic models by cutting out sprues. They have been excellent so far and I have been using them consistently since ordering, to the detriment of my old set. An added bonus, they come in a nice leather or suede carry case which I think protects them from a bit of damage…
The pictures are a bit misleading. They look like they resemble the wire cutters from God Hands, but they're not. God's Hands are very thin wire cutters that don't push the plastic apart and cause cracks when cutting. However, they are thinner than $5 wire cutters, so they work better. All in all these are above average cutters but I wouldn't use them for very thin pieces like railing for a model ship. For the price, I'd settle for $5 wire cutters. The big downside is the packaging. They come…
