Valuetoner Remanufactured Ink Cartridges for HP 962XL 962 XL - OfficeJet Pro 9015/9015e/9025/9025e - 4 Pack Combo Review

I bought these for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 in my home office. I'm tired of paying too much for original ink. They came with a troubleshooting guide which I ended up not needing. I put them in my printer, it worked straight away, no errors. I print a lot for my business and it saves a lot of money.

This is the second set of replacement cartridges I have purchased from this company. Each cartridge is sealed in a very thick double sealed pouch. You can see four colors in the photo and the black one is a double cartridge. They even included a leaflet with instructions on how to work with codes, which you can get on printers that don't like non-OEM ink cartridges. You will be happy.

I've been using this brand for a while now and they work great. In fact, they're better than the original from HP in every way. They're better vacuum-packed, they're cheaper, and they work just as well or better than OEM. I've had no problems with my new HP printer accepting this ink, but there are instructions on how to fix a fake problem when it does, and it's easy. Try them and I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am.

Considering the cost of the cartridges, this is an excellent deal. I have a printer for various items including photos and I am very impressed. I would advise everyone to try them as I believe you will be as satisfied with the product as I am. I will definitely buy them again when I need to refill ink for my printer.

I've read mixed reviews that these ink cartridges work for some but not others. I put a yellow value toner cartridge in our HP printer and the printer recognized the new cartridge as an original HP cartridge. My printer, as always, went through the normal setup cycles of a newly installed cartridge. I checked the ink level in the cartridge, it said full! After waiting for my ink cartridges to run out I bought them to replace the ones that came with my HP office printer. It took me over 30 days to run out of ink and then I installed these "new ink cartridges". The black cartridge printed 30 black pages before the black ink ran out, and the color cartridges did not print color pages. What a rip off. I had to speak to three people and manage the supervisor before they refunded my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT EMPTY INK CARTRIDGES.

Works for HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series - Cartridges come with a simple troubleshooting guide and a 26 second help video, but I plugged them in and printed right away with no questions asked . I'm so glad I found this cheaper ink supplier!

Error messages didn't reset and I couldn't print anything. Returned and bought genuine HP cartridges and they worked. Do not buy.
