This is my best friend's birthday gift. She opened it up during our Zoom meeting and absolutely loved it. Not only did she mention how beautiful the scarf is, she kept marveling at how soft and silky the material is. She modeled it in various scarf styles during our hour-long meeting and never took the scarf off.

I hand washed this scarf in the sink and when I laid it on the towel I could see where the threads were already unraveling and tiny holes were forming. I haven't even worn it yet. So I would say to anyone who does this, don't wash it and it should take longer before the threads start to separate. I gave him a 2nd star knowing he would be thin and beautiful. But I didn't think that gently washing your hands would start it falling apart. I cannot recommend this scarf.

I bought this item as a Mother's Day gift and almost bought to open it. I only opened it to check and I'm glad I did. Fresh out of the plastic wrap, there was an inch-sized hole in the center of the scarf (not a rip or tear, it was a round hole). I frantically searched for something else and got a new item for her instead, I would be embarrassed giving something like this to my mother or anyone else. I returned this scarf.0
