This was a birthday present for my best friend. She opened it up during our Zoom meeting and absolutely loved it. Not only did she mention how beautiful the scarf is, she kept marveling at how soft and silky the material is. She modeled it in various scarf styles during our hour-long meeting and never took the scarf off.

I was looking for this silk scarf because of the material, color and length. This is a versatile scarf that goes well with shades of green, cream, brown, black, some indigo and purple. I wore it over a nice sweater with a black leather jacket and got compliments on the color. I like to wear this length on my shoulders in warm weather to church, wedding or other events. I hand washed this scarf in the sink and then when I put it on a towel I saw that the threads were already unraveling and tiny holes were forming. I haven't even worn it yet. So I would say to anyone who does this, don't wash it and it should take longer before the threads start to separate. I gave him a 2nd star knowing he would be thin and beautiful. But I didn't think that gently washing your hands would start it falling apart. I cannot recommend this scarf.

I bought this as a gift for Mother's Day and hardly opened it. I only opened it to check and I'm glad I did. Fresh out of the plastic wrap, there was an inch-sized hole in the center of the scarf (not a rip or tear, it was a round hole). I frantically searched for something else and got a new item for her instead, I would be embarrassed giving something like this to my mother or anyone else. I returned this scarf.0
