Van Heusen Collar Stretch Sleeve Men's Clothing Review

I received the white shirt but I can't talk about other colors. If you don't want to wear a tank top, this isn't for you. Imagine a presentation that has everyone thinking about your nipples. No thanks, I'll spend more money on something thicker. The collar doesn't really stretch. It looks like a false advertisement. To be honest this was sold in a way that doesn't match the actual product. The middle button might have a little more room, but that's not a stretch, it's a wider notch.

I love this shirt and expect it to only get better after a few washes to soften the collar a bit. The haircut is too long for me so I will probably alter it for the length but that is typical if you are 5ft 3in tall. NON-FLEXIBLE COLLARS AS SPECIFIED! I received 3 yesterday and the first thing I checked was the performance of the floppy collar because I bought them. No function"flexibility" no. The slit that the button goes through on the collar is a bit wider to allow room, but I don't see how they can advertise these shirts as flexible.

I've always liked Van Heusen shirts because they don't wrinkle and keep their color well. Adding a floppy collar is a big step forward. I'm slim but muscular, so I need a V-neck shirt, but the collar is often too tight. As a result, I have to buy slouchy shirts and they always hang around my waist. The slim fit with a flexible collar gives my neck more room but still hugs my body.

Another frustration when trying to find a shirt that fits. I wear a 17.5" neck with a 34-35" sleeve. With these measurements, every clothing manufacturer assumes that I should also have a 44 inch waist. Not me. Any shirt fits me like I'm wearing a parachute hood. I am about 6ft 200lbs tall. I have an unusually large neck so I bought a neck size that fits me. The rest of the shirt was just huge. This is not a "fitted cut" at all. Also, the shirt itself is paper thin. You can almost see through it. The elastic collar is a great feature. The only good thing about the shirt.

My friend tried this brand on color in a skinny fit and knew it would fit well so I looked for it here at a lower price and found it here. I've read mixed reviews on here about some people getting sizing and sizing wrong, but the one we fitted was similar to the one in store as far as we could tell and looked the same in terms of packaging and labelling those in the store, so purely in our case, it worked well, meeting expectations and the description.
