I love the ease of use and the customer service. I also LOVE that I can use the application on my phone. I can't think of anything I dislike. This is such a great product! I like that you can choose to have your captions read aloud, or not. This is very helpful for those times when it's difficult to hear someone speak in person. Sometimes the text doesn't seem to translate well into speech so they don't always match up perfectly (which takes some getting used too). It would be nice if there were more options available for selecting how long each word should stay spoken before moving on to the next one. I love that they are able to put in my own text, as well as captions for any words spoken by other people! If you're looking for an automated way of going through things or using templates - this isn't what you want. This is very manual process with little automation (or even none at all). They allow me to do it myself, which makes sense because I'm also not really comfortable typing up the script - so I need someone else who knows how to do it best.
