My daughter wanted these shoes for her birthday and she loves them. She wears a size 8 and they fit true to size. They go with everything and are easy to throw in the wash. She wears them all the time and so far they are holding up well.

Gave me superpowers. In these shoes I'm like a gazelle in the African savannah. Not only did Vans help me break through the dry puddles of the Los Angeles suburbs like Tony Hawk did in the '80s, they also cured my psoriasis. Vans are the only slippers that have given me real self-esteem and confidence on business meetings. Highly recommended

I bought a pair of these shoes for my son in June, size 12, about 2 months ago I noticed that the side of each shoe separates from the sole where the pinky toe is. So he got about 4 months service from the subject. I'm buying 2 more pairs direct from Vans so I can send them back if they break. I also buy in a larger size.

My only regret is that I didn't apply a water/stain repellent before seeing Dr. Pepper spilled on it! Because I like the way they look and I wanted them to stay white. Haven't tried it yet, hope it helps. Remember that the material will pick up every speck of dust if you don't protect it!

We have been buying vans for many years. but never on amazon. This pair of shoes, although they looked like official Vans, were an inferior product. These don't have to be official vans, but they cost the same as the originals. A few weeks later they already have holes in the canvas - both shoes, same stain. In all the years we've bought vans, we've never had this problem. This happened just before Amazon's return period, so I cannot return the item. Very disappointed.

I have already bought these shoes with great success, they lasted about a year before the wear and tear became very noticeable. However, I bought the last pair in September (2017), in December of the same year the fabric started to tear around the elastic on the left side of the right shoe.
