Bought 2 pairs TWICE for my twin granddaughters! Can't give an exact rating as they came in the wrong size both times! After returning my first order which took three weeks I was charged a restocking fee! Had to return a second order for the same reason, wrong size but at least I got a full refund! Be careful which vendor you buy from! Read the fine print about redemption fees!

My daughter loved the shoes but had to return them. The return label said we should send them to Revain in Scotland. The shoes cost $73, but the cheapest way to send them back (US Priority Mail International) was $72.20. The return process is not clear and there is no point in returning the product but trying to sell it locally. Perhaps Revain could add some disclaimers that if the item you wish to purchase is from another country, the buyer may have to pay postage to return the item.
