My wife ordered them and even the order shows that she ordered a men's size 9. They sent her a UK size 7. Turns out it was on the UK Amazon site it was a huge pain. Whoever she spoke to at Revain was very accommodating but it still took some time and ended up costing us $45 to return the shoes but she made it work. She liked the shoes but they were too small.

I ordered these shoes for a friend and when we finally received the shoes the width was too narrow and the length was too long! When I wanted to send them back it must have cost over $38 to send them back which is almost the same as the shoes. Didn't want to spend money to return them so now I'm stuck with shoes that can't be worn!

The size was too big for the usual 15 I always get. It's ok, just send it back and take a size down. nope You have to arrange shipping yourself and shipping a 2 lb box to seller in SCOTLAND costs $166.73! So now I just gave him $75 and have no way to ask for help. Great shit.
