I ordered a size down just because I read the reviews and the shoe was still very tight. My daughter has big feet so they are a little tight. But they are of excellent quality. I hope they loosen up when she puts them on.

I bought these shoes as a birthday gift/Halloween costume accessory and when I received them they were dirty like they had been worn! I don't know if I'm the only one, just a warning, next time I'll just go to the Van Store!

They are good shoes but they were too tight (-1 star) and took a long time to arrive (-1 star) but the shoes are good. The Vans Boys' Authentic sneakers only come in black, which may not appeal to all children's style preferences.

The shoes are a little big but the VANS 12.5 are too tight so just wait for them to fit because the return postage is 1/4 of the price you paid! I love that my kid chose the same color as my very first pair of VANS. I also like high top skater sneakers but after 2 pairs it's still going back to the classics! 👍

It is very difficult for my daughter to buy shoes because she has sensory problems. It was a Christmas present, she needs them for school and they only allow black/brown (dark) color. She tried them on with no problems/problems and has been wearing them ever since.

No complaints. Very comfortable sneakers for a very picky child who finds almost no shoes comfortable. The fit was perfect. My only complaint is that they are almost impossible to clean. My daughters have only worn them twice and they are already very dirty. But that's to be expected when you put white sneakers on a 7-year-old. I've already bought cans and I've always found the quality of the sneakers to be good, I would just stay away from white in the future.

My daughter always wears Vans shoes and since she had purple and blue shoes it was time to buy RED! Vans carry kids to school these days, and since they're cheap, I don't mind buying new ones when the old pair wears out. Wear and tear: The shoes are quite hard-wearing, but since they are not made of leather but only of fabric (tarpaulin), they stretch quite easily. The color also fades fairly quickly, but that could be due to the hot Hawaiian sun. The tread doesn't wear out as quickly, however.
