Definitely helps give you an hour glass figure in a few weeks

I love how comfortable it fits under my clothes. Some times I wear it all day even if I am not working out. But my Velcro closure doesn’t lay flat so sometimes you can see the end

  • I love it. I tried many waist trainer before but this is by far the best.
Cons
  • May require readjustment during workout sessions as the belt may slip or move out of place.
