Just what we needed to clear out our cluttered closets. The lack of shelves indicates that things are thrown and stacked on top of other things. These cabinets make our cabinets much more accessible and look tidier! HOWEVER this is not a major problem as it was easy to fix, the "arms" were bent on 2 of the 4 posts. Dimensions shown show 3.5 inches from bottom of cable to top of lever. Even with an indicator of 1.3, the thickness of the shelf should be only 4.8. It's almost 5.25 inches from top to bottom. I chose this one because of the flatter overhang. Very disappointed, it will take up more space than mine. I bought both sizes in black. Bought in white from another company but wanted that color. upset. Weak but worse means; they don't exist. The chat says they'll call you back in a few minutes, it's been three days. I tried to give a guarantee and solve constant problems without letting go. Be careful and get another brand.
