I bought the charger 3 from Amazon on 05/20/19. The device worked perfectly until the latest software update. After the update, the watch was no longer bright enough to read outdoors in daylight. I called Fitbit customer support and after going through the corrective actions that didn't work, they told me that the warranty was expired and the best thing they could do was give me a 35% discount on a new device . The strap is good for loading3 and corresponds to the seller's description. As for the fit, my wrist is on the top of the small and on the bottom of the large so I went with the large to make sure it wasn't too tight so it was longer than I needed for my wrist . Like the Fitbit brand bracelets, they only come in large and small. I bought it to replace an original Fitbit strap that broke. Unfortunately, only one of the parts snapped into place and the other part was defective and did not remain reliable. Luckily, the part that stays in place is the part of the original band that broke. So instead of replacing the entire strap, my husband only uses the half that actually snaps while leaving the other half the original. The effort for the exchange was not worth it.
