Review on Velavior Charge3 Waterproof Replacement Wristbands by Joshua Gulledge

I bought the charger 3 from Amazon on 05/20/19. The device worked perfectly until the latest software update. After the update, the watch was no longer bright enough to read outdoors in daylight. I called Fitbit customer support and after going through the corrective actions that didn't work, they told me that the warranty was expired and the best thing they could do was give me a 35% discount on a new device . I asked if I could just roll the watch back to a previous version of the software. They said it was impossible. I've been a Fitbit user for years, but I need a watch I can read when I'm outside! Too bad. Very disappointed.
