This Velbon fits my camcorder perfectly. I use it for my kids soccer game videos. The pan is smooth to keep up with the action.

Well built and very useful for those who use camcorders. Not as strong as my Slik tripod, but in contrast, the Velbon offers a smooth head that allows for smooth side-to-side rotation.

This is actually a friction head with smooth pan and tilt. It is very easy to extend and install the legs, great for running and shooting. It's very light, which is great for travel and when you need to carry "sticks".

This tripod was recommended to me by a professional video teacher and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in video /Photographs interested. Durable yet lightweight. The liquid tray head moves smoothly. The tilt head is great for shooting video at an up or down angle. Makes panning much easier during video recording. Comes with a durable carrying case that sits comfortably on your shoulder.
